A leading financial institution in Aberdeen is seeking enthusiastic Customer Consultants to join their team. You will engage with customers face-to-face and over the phone, assisting them with banking needs and digital services. Ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service, great communication skills, and an interest in technology. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and robust benefits package.

Salary Range: £23,500 - £25,000 per annum DOE + Benefits
Location: Aberdeen, Principal
Contract Type: 12 Month FTC - 35 Hours Full Time

If you're successful in securing a role with us, there are some checks you need to complete before starting. These include credit and criminal record checks and three years' worth of satisfactory references. If the role is part of the Senior Manager Regime and Certification Regime, it requires enhanced pre-employment checks – we'll ask for six years of regulatory references, and once in the role, you'll be subject to periodic employment checks.
