Overview

The Role: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Nottingham

Salary: up to £33k plus package

Contract: Permanent

Linsco is working with a well-established and highly reputable construction company who are looking for an experienced Customer Relations Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity that will offer a competitive salary, bonus and career progression.

Responsibilities
  • Be a proactive member of the regional Customer Care team promoting and providing a 5* customer service level within the regional operational area.
  • Collaborate with the regional team to collate information to provide informed, accurate and detailed responses to all customer complaints.
  • Support continuous drive to deliver 5* customer service by championing the customer journey and actively supporting the regional sales and build teams and the wider business to meet, if not exceed, customer expectations.
  • Administer and manage all regional complaints in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring compliance; provide accurate and detailed reports on all customer complaints and their status in weekly regional meetings; escalate serious concerns promptly.
  • Action and issue all Customer Care defects received through the maintaining service level agreements; monitor and respond to all Regional Customer Care and Customer Service mailbox queries within agreed timescales.
  • Provide support to the regional team for all customer queries; answer inbound customer calls with responses aligned to SLAs; manage voicemail messages.
  • Efficient management of the Customer Care email inbox; manage the customer relationship post-legal completion, contacting customers to understand their journey and experience, providing feedback to regional teams, and driving Customer First throughout.
  • Support the region in delivering a 5* satisfaction score; handle all complaints in line with NHQC & Consumer Code requirements; act as a brand ambassador with excellent customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with the wider Customer Care team and onsite construction team; continually strive to improve service and personal performance.
  • Provide accurate and reliable key customer service and business information; maintain excellent customer relationship management skills in online and face-to-face settings.
  • Demonstrate IT literacy, especially in Microsoft packages (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) and experience in a customer service role.
  • Show strong collaborative, team-working and interpersonal skills; understand the financial implications of build methods and sequences; possess extensive product, NHQC and Customer Service experience is preferable.
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working within a customer service role in a construction or related environment is desirable.
  • IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
