Customer Care Account Manager

The role focuses on putting the customer first while supporting cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities. Monday – Friday, 08:30 am – 5 pm. Every other Saturday, 9 am – 12 pm. Salary: £28,000 per annum initially, with increases as CII qualifications are achieved.
