Job description

What you’ll do

• Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do: respond to queries, champion Co‑op products and Membership, and do everything you can to deliver a great shopping experience.
• Work together to make everyone’s day better – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
• Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates and temperatures are all as they should be.
• Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, share experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
• Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events!

Pay and contract

£13.85 per hour including London allowance.

Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part‑time.

Working pattern: varied shifts including afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends – to be discussed at interview.

Full, paid training provided.
