As a customer assistant, you will manage stock, assist with customer orders, and provide outstanding service. Both full-time and part-time shifts are available, with competitive pay and a generous annual leave allowance. Path2 Solutions is hiring both full- and part-time customer assistants for its busy outlet store based in the NE6 area.
As a customer assistant, your daily responsibilities include using internal IT systems to manage stock and assist with customer orders and payments, dealing with customers in a polite and friendly manner and solving any queries they may have, being an ambassador for the brand, stocking items on the correct shelves, and dealing with order returns.
£12.60 - £13.90 per hour
Part time: 12pm‑4pm or 3pm‑7pm (Sunday, Monday and Thursday)
Full time: 12pm‑8pm, any 5 days from 7
