Overview

Joining us as a Customer Advisor is a great opportunity, whether it’s your first job and you’re looking to gain valuable experience, or you have experience with retail and you’re seeking a new challenge. This could be the start of a new career with us.

The hourly rate for this role is £12.40 and up to £14.13 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.

About the role

You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager. Your role could involve helping on the tills, advising customers, or working in our back shop. You will also:

  • Help our customers and put them at ease; listen to find out more about them, answer questions and give great advice on our products, recommend items they hadn’t considered, or offer a basket — it’s the little things that make a difference
  • Get to know our in-store offers and schemes and promote them; the more information you can give customers, the better
  • Help our stores run smoothly — ensure the right products are displayed on the shop floor, provide great service on tills, or help with stock in the stock rooms
  • Work with other team members to provide a great shopping experience, keeping the store clean and presentable
  • You will be provided with award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service
