Whether you’re buying or selling, Ironclad unifies the entire process on one intelligent platform, providing leaders with the visibility they need to stay one step ahead.

  • Execute a consistent and strategic sales process across the full customer lifecycle, including discovery, value articulation, negotiation, and close.

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Customer Success, Implementation, Support and Product teams to ensure seamless execution, customer satisfaction, and long‑term partnership success.

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in sales tools, and regularly report on progress toward individual and team targets.

  • Continuously sharpen your sales skills and deepen your product knowledge by staying current on Ironclad’s capabilities and developing a strong understanding of the outcomes our customers are striving to achieve.

  • Curiosity and genuine interest about our product, mission, and industry.

  • Excellent communication skills, and persistent follow through on commitments to our customers.

  • Works well with other teams and wants to own projects outside of just closing deals.

  • Self‑sufficient with a strong internal sense of urgency, hard‑working, and humble.

  • Comfortable with commercial negotiation and willingness to iterate selling style as needed.
