A local government organization in West Sussex is seeking a professional for a part-time role focused on supporting Adult Learning programmes. Responsibilities include assisting management, monitoring program performance, and collaborating with stakeholders. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to serve as a vital support to our senior leaders, driven by a genuine commitment to making a meaningful difference to the lives of Adult Learners.
This role is pivotal in enhancing services and opening future opportunities for residents across West Sussex.
Your work will be at the centre of supporting the development and administration of Adult Learning programmes which improve the lives and outcomes for individuals, families and communities, support economic growth, improve employment, social inclusion, health and wellbeing.
Salary: £27,254 to £28,598 per annum, £15,468 to £16,231 (pro rata for part time)
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Part-time (21 hours per week)
Location: County Hall, West Street, Chichester, PO19 1RQ
Interview Date: Thursday 05 February and Friday 06 February 2026
Regular attendance at your designated base location will also be necessary, and there will opportunities for some remote work. Final arrangements will be confirmed with the successful candidate.
