A leading further education provider in Stafford is seeking an experienced Curriculum Leader in Engineering. The role involves planning and delivering high-quality programmes, mainly at Levels 4 and 5, in a supportive and innovative environment. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills and relevant industrial experience, with a focus on engagement and industry relevance. This position offers a competitive package including up to £66,613 in the first year and excellent benefits including a £5,000 Golden Hello payment.

Salary: Total overall package of up to £66,613 in year 1 as follows:
Full-time: 37 hours per week
Holiday: 52 days per year (inclusive of Bank holidays & Christmas closure)

Newcastle and Stafford Colleges Group (NSCG) is one of the very best colleges in the country. The group is currently home to a population of over 6,500 full-time students with around 2000 adult learners and students on higher education programmes. We have over 1,500 apprentices where we work with over 850 individual employers.
We are looking for an experienced Curriculum Leader in Engineering to plan, implement and delivery high quality engineering programmes from levels 3 to 5 but predominantly Level 4 / 5 to support with the growth in our Higher Education (HE) engineering student numbers.
The successful applicant will be predominantly based at our new £25m Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Institute of Technology in Stafford with excellent facilities and equipment to include an Advanced Manufacturing Learning Factory and a Product Design Centre.

To support the Vice Principal - Institute of Technology and the Curriculum Manager with the journey to becoming the innovative technical education provider of choice for the region.
To plan, implement and delivery high quality engineering programmes predominantly Level 4 / 5 to support with the growth in our Higher Education (HE) engineering student numbers.
