• Hands-on experience with CRO platforms (Optimizely, AB Tasty).
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Newcastle United’s CRO strategy.
• Plan, run, and analyse A/B tests.
• Collaborate with eCommerce and Marketing teams.

Skills

Experience in CRO, digital optimisation, or eCommerce

Experience with CRO platforms (Optimizely, AB Tasty)

CMS experience with Shopify, Magento

Understanding of customer journey mapping

Track record of successful A/B testing

Experience in Google Analytics

Education
