As a CRM Strategist at Massive Rocket, you will support the Principal CRM Strategist in developing and implementing CRM strategies for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the creation of strategic plans and ensure their seamless handover to the execution team, helping to achieve clients' KPIs and generate measurable ROI. You will provide actionable initiatives that the execution team and CRM Consultants can deliver, supporting the tracking and reporting of business objectives.
You will work closely with the Principal CRM Strategist to simplify complex frameworks into clear narratives and translate recommendations into actionable plans. You will participate in client sessions during the Delivery Sales Lifecycle, helping to identify core challenges and contribute to data-driven marketing strategies. Additionally, you will aid in creating pitches that effectively tell a story using strategy, data, and insights. Furthermore, you will conduct strategy sessions based on lifecycle stages, best practices, and key principles to drive client success.
