• Strong understanding of Klaviyo, with agility to work with Mailchimp and other CRM platforms.
• Demonstrable understanding of designing customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Producing CRM audits for brand partners.
• Planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel CRM campaigns.
• Copywriting and designing campaign emails.
