Do you love creating memorable experiences and building great relationships? We’re looking for someone to join our team as a Corporate Booking Executive, helping to drive group and corporate bookings across our brands and deliver exceptional service from start to finish.

Experience in sales, events, or bookings would be a bonus, along with strong administration and organisational skills — but most importantly, we’re looking for someone enthusiastic, professional, and ready to make an impact!
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Corporate Booking Executive, you’ll help drive group and corporate bookings across The Big Table brands — growing revenue, building relationships, and delivering great experiences from enquiry to event.
- Proactively generate and manage B2B and group booking opportunities to maximise revenue
- Support corporate promotions, campaigns, and new activity launches to drive awareness and bookings
- Build strong relationships with restaurant managers and Operations teams to ensure smooth event delivery
- Manage and maintain accurate lead databases and booking records
- Handle enquiries and communications from clients and third parties, ensuring excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and deliver targeted promotional activity
- Conduct needs analysis for group bookings to ensure expectations are understood and met
- Attend networking events, conferences, and seminars to promote the brand and identify new opportunities
- Maintain a strong online and partner presence through listings, content, and collaborations
- Work with the Operations team to brief sites and ensure bookings are executed to a high standard
- Use your product knowledge to upsell additional services and packages
- Support the sales team with other demographics and opportunities to increase overall revenue
- Always act as a brand ambassador, representing The Big Table positively and professionally

- Strong time management skills, organized, commercially aware, and able to prioritise effectively

- Confident and assertive — not afraid to share ideas or feedback in a constructive way
- A real team player, approachable and collaborative, working closely with marketing, sales, and operations
- Driven by results and motivated to hit (and exceed!) targets
- Adaptable and proactive when things change — quick to find solutions and keep things moving
- High attention to detail with a professional and polished approach
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and confident using CRM or booking systems
- Passionate about customer service and delivering outstanding experiences from start to finish
