Hybrid role based 3 days a week in our Cardiff office.
We are looking for a data‑driven CRM Communications Officer/ Analyst to join our team. This is a hybrid role that blends creative storytelling with data‑driven marketing. You will not only craft compelling messages but also ensure they reach the right customer at the right time through sophisticated targeting.
Working closely with our Growth Associate and Marketing Manager, you’ll dive deep into our customer data to understand behaviour and identify key segments for targeted campaigns. A major part of your role will be to master our CRM platform, Customer.io, using it to build, test, and deploy communications across email, SMS, and other channels.
Reporting to our Marketing & Communications Senior Manager, you’ll gain invaluable experience at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology in a fast‑paced FinTech environment. This is a brilliant opportunity for a strong communicator who is eager to develop in‑demand technical marketing skills and see the direct impact of their work on hundreds of thousands of customers.
