Lead CRM and campaign strategy for a Surrey-based outdoor lifestyle retail brand, shaping their loyalty programme and driving customer engagement.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum Location: South East England, Surrey Job Type: Permanent

An exciting new opportunity for a data-driven marketer to take ownership of CRM and campaign activity, driving a new loyalty programme for a well-established, family-run retail company based on the Surrey–Hampshire borders. This role is 5 days a week in the office and offers a salary of £40-50k.

About the Role
  • Manage the CRM and loyalty programme to increase customer engagement, retention, and spend.
  • Deliver personalised, data-led campaigns and automated customer journeys.
  • Oversee campaign setup, testing, and reporting in partnership with an external CRM agency.
  • Develop and optimise loyalty features such as digital stamp cards, birthday rewards, and exclusive promotions.
  • Monitor KPIs and ROI to ensure campaigns are commercially impactful.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team on integrated campaigns across digital, in-store, and email.
  • Support internal teams to promote the loyalty scheme and enhance the in-store customer experience.
About You
  • Full UK driving licence required.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and loyalty marketing, with hands-on campaign experience.
  • Commercially minded and confident analysing performance metrics and ROI.
  • Proven ability to manage agencies and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in retail or other customer-centric industries is highly desirable.
