The CRM Campaign Executive (Loyalty) at St John Ambulance is responsible for executing targeted CRM campaigns across various channels to drive customer engagement, retention, and advocacy for Enterprise products and services and with the wider charity. Leveraging proficiency in CRM platforms and strong analytical skills, the executive collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and target audience segments. With a focus on segmentation, personalisation, and automation, they create compelling campaign content and monitor performance metrics to optimise campaign effectiveness.
