The role of the PRO CRM Associate will be focused on supporting our CRM Manager with our Polo Outlet business (both online & physical stores), by creating engaging, innovative and relevant content for our Outlet EU database across all CRM channels.
You will support in building out our PRO email strategy while working with the PRO marketing and e-comm teams to ensure the right content is being driven at the right times, via the right channels across all seasons.
You will need to analyse performance and identify opportunities in order to make data driven decisions which will feed into the CRM teams wider KPI’s and maximise revenue, retention rates, database growth, customer lifetime value and push business opportunities.
