Job summary

A leading mental health service provider in the UK is seeking CISM trained Counsellors to join their Critical Incident Response team as Affiliates. This role involves providing timely support and debriefings to employees after trauma experiences. Ideal candidates should be BACP/UKCP/NCS registered with significant experience in trauma. Qualifications and Experience
  • Are you a BACP / UKCP / NCS registered Counsellor with CISM qualification?
  • Demonstrable experience of facilitating critical incident debriefing sessions
  • Significant experience working with trauma
  • Experience of safeguarding and managing risk with client groups.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • A clear and concise verbal and written communicator.
  • IT Skills including proficiency using Microsoft Systems as well as electronic clinical record systems.
