A healthcare provider in South Yorkshire seeks a motivated Band 6 practitioner to join the Doncaster Crisis Team. The role involves triaging and supporting individuals in crisis, conducting assessments via telephone and home visits. Candidates should be dynamic and passionate about crisis management and collaboration with families and partner organizations. This is a full-time role requiring dedication and a strengths-based approach to care.
37.5 hours per week 24-hour
As part of unplanned mental health services in Doncaster we are able to offer a rare opportunity for motivated professionals to join Doncaster Crisis Team.
The role will involve the triage assessment and intervention of service users in crisis and will involve telephone, home visits and assessments in A&E.
We are seeking to recruit dynamic and positive practitioners to support in this new service.
