Based at Gatton Place in Redhill, you will work alongside a skilled team of junior and senior practitioners, taking the lead in coordinating shifts, delegating tasks, and liaising with key stakeholders. You will respond to requests for assessment and treatment for those experiencing a mental health crisis, using your expertise to make critical decisions and provide compassionate, evidence‑based care.
For the night shift only, as part of the Right Care, Right Person initiative, you will also handle mental‑health‑related 111 calls and offer advice to police and ambulance—helping to prevent unnecessary A&E visits or detentions under Section 136.
As a Crisis Clinician, you will take the lead in conducting comprehensive assessments and coordinating shifts to ensure smooth service delivery.
