A primary education provider in North London is seeking Criminology graduates to serve as Teaching Assistants. Criminology Graduate Teaching Assistant

Location : North London
Are you a Criminology graduate with a keen interest in child development, behaviour, and safeguarding? Are you looking to gain hands‑on experience supporting vulnerable young children in a school setting?

We are working with a number of Primary schools across North London seeking caring, confident, and proactive graduates to support pupils aged 4–11 with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and behavioural challenges.

In this role, you will :

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND and behavioural needs
  • Assist with classroom management, emotional regulation, and individual learning plans
  • Implement targeted intervention strategies in collaboration with the SENCO and class teacher
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to encourage engagement, independence, and self‑esteem
  • Work closely with external agencies, including CAMHS, therapists, and safeguarding teams, where appropriate

Flexible work options: We have full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant contracts available in primary schools across North London.
