Job summary

A National Health Service organization is seeking a CRHT Team Manager to oversee a multi-disciplinary team in Dudley. The successful candidate will manage the ongoing operations of the Crisis Home Treatment team, ensuring effective mental health services are delivered in compliance with national standards. This position requires a registered mental health professional with significant leadership experience. Qualifications

  • Experience of working within a crisis or home treatment model.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of working at band 7 in a leadership role.
  • Experience in working collaboratively with other agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the multi-disciplinary CRHT Service.
  • Oversee the development of new initiatives within the CRHT service.
  • Ensure staff have a robust understanding of process and evidence-based practice.

Education

Registered Mental Health Professional (Nurse, OT, SW)
Training in Health Care Management at degree level or equivalent management experience
