Job summary

A National Health Service organization is seeking a CRHT Team Manager to oversee a multi-disciplinary team in Dudley. Qualifications

• Experience of working within a crisis or home treatment model.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience of working at band 7 in a leadership role.
• Experience in working collaboratively with other agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the multi-disciplinary CRHT Service.
• Oversee the development of new initiatives within the CRHT service.
• Ensure staff have a robust understanding of process and evidence-based practice.

Education

Registered Mental Health Professional (Nurse, OT, SW)
