Job Responsibilities

As a Crew Member, you will:

  • Prepare food, serve on the till, and provide service in the dining areas.
  • Consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness.
  • Provide friendly, fast and accurate service.
  • Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
  • Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
  • Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect and work as a supportive team member.

Employment and Pay

Pay varies depending on whether you work in a franchised or company‑owned restaurant. Hourly employees are paid every 2 or 4 weeks; employees on a dedicated salary are paid monthly.

Shift hours vary by location, with many restaurants open 24 hours a day. Shifts are scheduled to suit you while respecting working time legislation and business needs.
