Join us as an Overnight Crew Member and you'll become part of a team that works together to deliver the best customer experience all through the night. As an overnight crew member, you will prepare food, serve on the till, provide fast and accurate service, cleanse dining areas, and uphold the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
• Deliver friendly, fast and accurate service to all customers.
• Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
• Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
• Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect while working as a supportive team member.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old to work between midnight and 5 am (UK & Ireland working time regulations).
• Good communication skills: attentive listening, face‑to‑face verbal communication and eye contact.
• Ability to maintain high energy levels in a fast‑moving environment.

Shift & Pay

Our restaurants are largely open 24 hours a day. Overnight shifts run from midnight to 5 am. You will work the schedule that best suits you, subject to working‑time legislation and business needs. Hourly workers earn above the national minimum wage and receive premium shift pay for overnight work, with extra pay for any additional night hours.
