The Credit Risk Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping, maintaining, and strengthening our credit risk framework across our Residential, BTL, and Commercial portfolios. This role is central to ensuring that Ecology continues to lend responsibly, sustainably, and in line with our risk appetite, regulatory expectations, and strategic growth ambitions. You'll be the custodian of our credit risk policies and appetite, leading on insight and assurance activity across the mortgage lifecycle.
