Overview

We are recruiting for a proactive and detail-oriented Part Time Credit Controller to join a well-established business based in Formby. This is an excellenttemp-to-perm opportunityfor a motivated individual looking to develop their finance career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Ledger:Raising invoices, allocating payments, assisting with customer account management.
  • Credit Control:Monitoring outstanding debt, contacting customers, and maintaining accurate records of collection activity.
  • Bank Reconciliations:Completing regular reconciliations and investigating discrepancies.
  • General Finance Administration:Filing, data entry, updating spreadsheets, and supporting month-end processes as required.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role (sales ledger, or credit control experience desirable). Full training will be provided.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team essential.
