Role: Credit Controller

Location: Rochester

Hours: 9:30am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday, Office Based

Start: ASAP

Term: Temporary

Salary: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour

What You'll Do:
  • Managing Accounts Receivable: Ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.
  • Customer Communication: Build strong relationships with clients while maintaining a professional approach.
  • Dispute Resolution: Address any billing discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account statuses and collections.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to streamline processes and improve cash flow.
