We are looking for an experienced and confident Credit Controller to join a well‑established company on a full‑time, permanent basis. You will be working at one of their main offices doing 35‑hours a week, Monday‑Friday with an early finish on a Friday!

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Manage and coordinate the collection of outstanding debts via outbound calls, emails, etc.
  • Assess credit risk and set or review credit limits.
  • Allocate incoming payments and reconcile accounts.
  • Ensure timely payments and minimise aged debt in line with agreed terms.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive credit control framework tailored to a global professional‑services environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including finance, project managers, and leadership—to resolve payment issues.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 3 years’ recent experience in a Credit Control position.
  • Proven ability to establish and refine credit control processes.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with confidence to handle challenging conversations.
  • Persistent, professional, and resilient approach to debt recovery.
