A bit about the job:

You’ll be the go-to expert for managing broker debt, making sure payments are on time and queries are resolved quickly. Working with both onshore and offshore teams, you’ll help improve account quality and build strong relationships with our brokers. You’ll lead monthly calls with stakeholders, coach colleagues, and spot risks before they become issues. It’s a role that keeps things moving—and makes a real difference to how we work.

  • Starting salary circa £30,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
