Job description
What you will do:
  • punto Be responsible for providing amazing customer service to our broker, Business Development Directors and Credit Analyst communities
  • Gather information and data from all available internal sources and ensure it is loaded onto our systems efficiently and correctly
  • Assist the credit analyst team in undertaking monthly tasks including third party introducer reviews
  • This role requires to be office-based in Guildford twice per week (Tuesday and Wednesday), it is ideal for somebody looking to start their career in the financial sector.

  • Ability to deal with high volumes of enquiries, obtaining further information where necessary, following agreed processes and making sure that information is presented accurately and quickly
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Be highly accurate with a real eye for detail and a desire to deliver an amazing customer service
