Role: Creative Strategist

Location: Fully Remote

I’m currently working with a fast-growing performance marketing agency that’s looking for a Creative Strategist to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a sharp creative eye, understanding of what makes people click and convert, and confidence in turning data into high-performing content strategies.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team working across paid social channels (such as Meta, TikTok) to help scale brands through top-performing ad creative and innovative campaign ideas.

If you’re passionate about creativity that drives results and enjoy the fast pace of digital marketing, this could be your next step.

What they’re looking for:

  • 1+ year in a similar role – agency or DTC brand side
  • Strong understanding of paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Experience writing creative briefs and UGC scripts
  • Ability to interpret performance data to inform creative decisions
  • Strong copywriting skills and a good eye for design
  • Proactive, ideas-driven, and eager to introduce fresh concepts
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with media buyers, creators, and clients
