Overview

We’re on the lookout for a client facing Project Manager to spearhead a high-impact rebranding project for a major client. This is a 6-month contract opportunity that will see you leading the full project lifecycle of a fast-paced, asset-heavy campaign, coordinating with creative teams to deliver high-quality creative work at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading a full rebrand transformation from end to end
  • Managing complex workflows across global teams and stakeholders
  • Creating schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless delivery
  • Traffic management of thousands of creative assets across studios
  • Overseeing creative quality, speed, and accuracy
  • Collaborating with client and internal teams on deliverables, budgets & timelines
  • Solving problems fast and keeping everything on time and budget
  • Driving momentum through planning, prioritisation, and sharp execution
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-format campaigns (print, digital, video)
  • Ideally, a background in rebrands or brand rollouts
  • Expertise in stakeholder management
  • Calm, clear communication and strong leadership under pressure
  • Confidence to challenge, lead discussions, and make key decisions
  • Highly organised, with a pragmatic and solutions-focused mindset

This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office/studio.
