As we scale, we are seeking Creative Marketing Manager to join our AppLab — our venture-backed team testing bold ideas, building next-gen health & wellness, productivity apps, and empowering users worldwide to live better lives.

What you will be doing:
  • spotting market, niche, and competitor trends on a regular basis – staying ahead of what’s buzzing;
  • finding winning creative concepts for new funnels and sub-products that can scale fast;
  • turning ideas into clear briefs for designers so execution is fast and on point;
  • building smooth collaboration and keeping the team aligned and moving quickly;
  • reviewing creative performance, learning from the data, and turning insights into new hypotheses;
  • prioritizing ideas, tests, and experiments to focus on what drives the biggest impact.
Your background:
  • 2+ years of experience in creative marketing;
  • english level: B2 or higher;
  • strong analytical skills and the ability to spot market and niche trends early;
  • proven track record of finding and validating successful creative concepts for marketing funnels;
  • experience in creating clear and simple briefs for designers;
  • ability to prioritize ideas, hypotheses, and tests based on impact and feasibility.
