Overview

This role is based in our Brighton office

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Manager to lead and inspire our creative team in delivering exceptional design and marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative direction, team management, and a passion for producing high-quality, impactful work. This role requires a balance of creative vision and hands-on execution to drive brand success. You will be responsible for overseeing the creative output across our entire international event portfolio, playing a key role in driving brand growth and expanding outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of two creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop and execute creative strategies that align with the company’s brand identity and business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of all creative output across teams and for all purposes, including marketing materials, websites, digital campaigns, print collateral, video content and multimedia assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
  • Manage project timelines and resources to deliver high-quality creative outputs on time and within budget constraints.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, tools and technologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of creative innovation.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members to enhance their skills, creativity and performance.

Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their vision and goals.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably as a Senior Creative, Creative Manager or similar position.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects and campaigns across various media.
  • High proficiency in design and video software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite). Experience in photography and videography is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership, mentoring and team management.
  • Exceptional communication, written language and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field is preferred but not essential.
