THE ROLE

As the CreativeDirector, you will lead projects across digital design and video production,shaping standout original campaigns that elevate the agency’s creative output.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leadthe development of high-impact, insight-led concepts that translate intostandout campaigns across digital, social and video platforms
  • Shapeand refine ideas through clear storytelling producing storyboards, directingvideo content and guiding motion graphics from concept to delivery
  • Bringstrong design and motion expertise, confidently reviewing, briefing andenhancing visual work across static, motion and video formats
  • Collaboratewith strategy, production, performance and client teams to build cohesive,results-driven campaigns
  • Communicatewith all teams, presenting ideas, managing feedback and nurturingpositive, long-lasting client relationships
  • Applystrategic thinking to ensure creative ideas contribute to measurableperformance outcomes, particularly across paid social and video channels
  • Embracenew tools while bringing passion for brands, design, and the toy and gamesindustry.
