Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

About us

CONDUCTR is a dynamic collective of designers, technologists, media experts, producers & engineers. The vision is simple – fuse the creativity of a design studio, with the innovation of a tech lab, to create a one-stop shop for extraordinary guest-centric, 360 attraction experiences. This is a place where art and engineering go hand in hand, and where creative leaders help shape the culture as much as the work.

Responsibilities
Lead with Vision
  • Own the creative vision for projects across cinematic, real-time, and interactive media
  • Translate high-level ideas into compelling visual storytelling and design directions
  • Set the creative tone and ensure consistency throughout the project lifecycle
Inspire Creative Excellence
  • Lead, mentor, and elevate a multidisciplinary team including artists, animators, editors, and designers
  • Create a culture of curiosity, bold thinking, and high creative standards
  • Provide feedback and creative direction that strengthens both the output and the people behind it
Project first thinking
  • Collaborate closely with producers, engineers, and software developers to ensure creative and technical alignment
  • Promote the use of emerging tools and workflows, including real-time rendering and virtual production
Deliver Beautifully
  • Oversee multiple projects from concept through to delivery, maintaining quality and clarity of intent
  • Support resource planning, production pipelines, and client relationships
You should have
  • At least 5 years in a senior creative leadership role across media, animation, VFX, or real-time production
  • Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality visual content
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates cinematic storytelling, interactive design, and creative leadership
  • Proficiency with real-time engines (Unity preferred), creative toolsets (Maya, 3Ds Max, Blender, After Effects), and production pipelines
  • Clear, confident communication and a track record of cross-functional collaboration
  • A passion for innovative visual storytelling at the intersection of art and technology
The role is right if
  • You are as invested in growing people as you are in delivering projects
  • You bring energy and clarity to creative challenges
  • You value collaboration and team alignment over lone-genius thinking
  • You want to help define the future of immersive entertainment
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary and benefits package.
  • A vibrant, inclusive, and dynamic work environment.
  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • A chance to be part of a forward-thinking team making a real difference.
