About The Role

The Bamford Collection is seeking a talented and experienced Creative Designer to join our in-house creative team in the Cotswolds. This role will support the visual expression of the Bamford brand across multiple touchpoints, helping to bring our values of craftsmanship, sustainability, wellbeing, and timeless design to life.

Working closely with the Creative, Marketing, and wider brand teams, the Creative Designer will deliver high-quality design across print, digital, retail, packaging, and campaign assets. This is a hands‑on role requiring a strong eye for detail, a refined aesthetic, and the ability to translate brand strategy into beautifully executed creative work.

The successful candidate will be confident managing projects from concept through to final delivery, contributing creative ideas while ensuring consistency and excellence across all outputs. This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-weight to senior designer who is passionate about luxury lifestyle brands and inspired by thoughtful, purpose-led design.

This role is full time, 40 hours per week and 5 days in the office based at the Daylesford Farm in Gloucestershire.

Salary up to £45,000 per annum dependant on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Conceptualise and design campaign assets across print and digital formats (lookbooks, brochures, brand campaigns, website, social assets, marketing collateral)
  • Create refined layouts, typography systems, and visual identities that reflect a luxury aesthetic.
  • Develop packaging concepts from early ideation to production-ready artwork.
  • Artwork and prepare files for both print and digital output to an exceptional standard.
  • Retouch and enhance high-resolution imagery for product, campaign, and editorial use.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, stylists, photographers, copywriters, and production partners.
  • Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints while pushing creative evolution.
  • Present new concepts and ideas that elevate the brand’s visual language.
  • Manage workload efficiently to deliver polished work under pressure.
Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within luxury, fashion, beauty, or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record producing high-end creative across both print and digital channels.
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills. (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma essential; After Effects a plus)
  • Diverse portfolio demonstrating premium craft, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience retouching and preparing final artwork for digital and print delivery.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and execution.
  • Confident working independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Able to interpret and elevate existing brand guidelines with fresh thinking.
  • Elevated taste level, and the ability to deliver beautifully crafted work under tight deadlines are essential.
  • Motion design and light animation are a plus but not the core focus of the role.
