A leading healthcare provider in Crawley is looking for dedicated Theatre Assistants to join their team. The successful candidates will support all stages of patients' journeys in a fast-paced operating environment with training provided. Responsibilities include assisting registered staff and clinicians, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to high standards of patient care. This role offers the chance to work Monday to Friday, focusing on a work-life balance in a supportive setting.
We are looking for Theatre Assistants that will thrive in a fast-paced operating theatre environment. The successful candidates will be supporting all stages of the patients journey through theatre and will be an asset to supporting the theatre team.

Prior experience is not essential but a love for operating theatres is. All training will be provided. This role will provide the successful candidates with a work life balance as this theatre suite currently runs Monday to Friday.
As a Theatre Assistant you will aid all members of the Theatre team by supporting the registered staff and clinicians in activities undertaken in the Operating Theatre and Day Surgery environment, this will include contributing as part of the Operating Theatre and Day Surgery team to deliver and maintain high standards of patient care and will maintain cleanliness inside the theatre operating suite and the ancillary areas.
