A specialist service company in Scotland is seeking a Crane Operator Mechanic to work offshore on a 2/3 rotational basis. This position includes responsibilities in crane operation and maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. EnerMech have a permanent vacancy within our Lifting Solutions department for a Crane Operator Mechanic to work offshore on a 2/3 rotational basis. You will be the Resident Crane Focal Point on the platform, with primary responsibility for all crane operation and maintenance activities on the asset. You will be tasked with carrying out first line maintenance up to and including 6 monthly Planned Maintenance Routines and ensuring Crane integrity is maintained to current legislative, corporate and manufacturers recommendations.

It would be expected that a safe and comprehensive shift handover is conducted and recorded. You must also have a good understanding of the Management of Change process and be able to identify and initiate change management events on the job.
