An educational organization in Norwich is seeking a dedicated support staff member to supervise classes and provide curriculum support. This role requires strong communication and behaviour management skills, along with proficiency in technology to support learning. Salary: Support Staff Pay Scale F: £25,120 to £27,249 pro-rata per annum (Actual) (£28,598 - £31,022 full time/full year equivalent)
Working Weeks: 39 weeks
Start Date: February 2026
You will be someone with strong communication and behaviour management skills, confidence, patience, and adaptability. You will be able to remain calm under pressure, build positive relationships with students, and effectively supervise a class by delivering set work and managing classroom behaviour.
