• Confidence in leading a class and managing behaviour positively
• Experience working with young people (e.g., youth work, coaching, tutoring, school support) is desirable
• Must be 18 or over
• Supportive of students’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Familiarity with core curriculum subjects

Requirements (or willingness to obtain – guidance provided):

• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
• Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service
• Level 2 Safeguarding training
• Two professional references covering the 24 months
