Overview

Aspire People is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work on a flexible, day-to-day basis across secondary schools in Birmingham. Whether you're a recent graduate, a teaching assistant looking to step up, or an experienced cover supervisor looking for more flexibility, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes during the absence of the regular teacher
• Deliver pre-set work to students across Key Stage 3 and 4
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Provide feedback to the teaching team on student progress and behaviour
