A leading education provider is seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor for schools in Runcorn. This temporary role involves supervising students, maintaining classroom discipline, and supporting learning. Successful candidates must have experience as a Cover Supervisor and strong organisational skills. A qualification in education is desirable as well as an Enhanced DBS check.

Overview

Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Job Type: Temporary

Duration: Ongoing

Location: Runcorn

Salary: £105 - £110 per day

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am 3:45pm

Core Education are currently working with schools in the Runcorn area, who have requirements for a Cover Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Taking attendance registers
• Maintaining classroom discipline
• Supervising students, ensuring the students remain engaged and focused on pre-prepared work
• Support learning and provide guidance and support to students

Experience / Qualifications

• Confident in tailoring lesson delivery to accommodate students
• Previous experience working within a secondary school setting as a Cover Supervisor
• Qualification within an Education is desirable
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

The successful Cover Supervisor will need an Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
