Location: Telford, Shropshire

Salary: 90 - 130 per day (DOE)

Are you a confident and reliable individual with a passion for working with young people? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Cover Supervisor to join a supportive secondary school in Telford. The role is to start as soon as possible and offers full-time work, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage classrooms when teaching staff are absent.
  • Ensure that students remain on task and follow the work set by the teacher.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment.
  • Support students with their learning and provide guidance when necessary.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the relevant staff members.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience working with young people is desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with secondary-aged students.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to manage classroom behavior.
  • A positive attitude and the desire to make a difference in students' education.
