Job Title: Secondary Cover Supervisor

Salary: £110-£130 per day (depending on experience)

We are seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join a vibrant secondary school in Taunton. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a classroom during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged with their learning and follow the set lesson plans. You\'ll play a key role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to classes across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Provide support and guidance to students during lessons
  • Liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour
Qualifications
