Position: Cover Supervisor (KS3 & KS4)

Location: Telford

Start Date: January 2026

Contract: Temp to Perm

Pay: £500 – £750 per week (depending on assignment and experience)

The Role

We are seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to work across KS3 and KS4 in a secondary school in Telford, starting January 2026. This temp-to-perm opportunity is ideal for someone looking to establish themselves within a school setting and progress into a longer‑term role.

You’ll be responsible for delivering pre‑set work, maintaining positive behaviour, and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff. This role plays a vital part in supporting pupils’ learning and maintaining a calm, productive classroom environment.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be professional, adaptable, and confident managing classrooms.

You should be:

  • Experienced working with secondary‑aged students (KS3 & KS4)
  • Confident in classroom and behaviour management
  • Able to engage pupils and maintain focus on learning tasks
  • Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to different school environments
