An educational staffing agency is seeking a Cover Supervisor in Central Manchester to supervise classes during teachers' absences. The role entails ensuring students remain engaged, managing classroom behaviour, and providing feedback on student progress. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and previous experience with young people is desirable. This temporary position offers £90 to £105 per day depending on experience, with potential for permanent placement. Training and safeguarding checks provided.

Teaching Personnel are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisor to become part of our agency with ample opportunities to work in our registered schools. This is an excellent prospect for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to play a key role in maintaining high standards of learning and behaviour across the school.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring students remain on task and engaged with their learning. You will not be required to plan lessons, but you will deliver pre-prepared work and manage classroom behaviour effectively.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
