Job Title: Cover Supervisor

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a well-regarded school in Maldon. As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during short-term teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise classes during teacher absences, maintaining a positive learning environment.
2. Implement lesson plans provided by absent teachers and uphold classroom discipline.
3. Support students in completing their work and provide feedback on their progress.
4. Assist with examination supervision and accompany students on school trips when required.
