Cover Supervisor - Secondary School (Harlow)

Are you confident, adaptable, and passionate about working with young people? We're seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our vibrant and supportive secondary school community in Harlow.

Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. You'll oversee classes across a range of subjects, ensuring students remain engaged and on task with pre-set work. Responsibilities

• Supervise whole classes during short-term teacher absences.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour.

• Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure smooth lesson delivery.
• Assist with administrative tasks and provide general support across the school.
