Hours: 8:00am - 3:30pm

Supply Desk is working in partnership with a respected secondary school in the Farnborough area to recruit a full-time Cover Supervisor for a September 2025 start. This is a long-term position, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
The successful applicant will oversee classes across various subjects-including English, Maths, and Humanities-for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. While all lessons will be pre-planned, you will be responsible for delivering the content, managing the classroom environment, maintaining behaviour standards, and ensuring pupils remain engaged in their learning.

Have experience working with secondary-aged students (e.g. as a cover supervisor, tutor, teaching assistant, or youth worker)
Are confident in managing behaviour and leading classroom activities
Are adaptable, professional, and dependable
Hold a degree or equivalent qualification
Are willing to supervise lessons across a range of subjects
Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to obtain one
Qualified teachers and candidates with a strong background in education or working with young people are encouraged to apply.
